Yes, most products can be returned. All returned products must be returned within 21-days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in original, unused pristine condition with hang tag intact, and hygiene label intact on any swimwear items.

Monogrammed items, face coverings, and intimates are not eligible for returns or refunds. These purchases are considered final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Please note, site promotions may have different return and exchange policies. Please review promotion FAQs and their return and exchange policies here. Please note that promotion codes cannot be applied to exchanges.

Any items purchased in-store at Myrtle Beach, West Palm Beach, or Nashville cannot be returned internationally.


Duties and taxes cannot be refunded by Summersalt. You may be able to get these refunded by contacting your local customs office; however, we're not able to guarantee this.

 

You can start your return here. Your order ID is the six-digit order number included in your order confirmation. Please be sure to include the number sign (#) immediately before your order number (no spaces) when entering your Order ID.

You will be able to print out your Return Shipping Label via the global returns portal.

  1. Print out your Return Shipping Label and the Return Note.
  2. Find a bag or box that will fit all the items you are returning. You can always reuse the eco-friendly package that your items arrived in with your original order.
  3. Place all the items you want to return in your package. Please also include the Return Note that printed out with your Return Shipping Label. This will reduce the time needed to process your refund.
  4. Make sure the items fit snugly in the package to avoid excess shipping costs. Remove any old shipping labels that are on the package. Place the Shipping Label on the outside of the bag or box.
  5. Go to www.dhl.com and choose your country from the dropdown menu.
  6. On your country’s DHL page, find a DHL Service Point Location to drop off your package OR Select “Contact DHL Express” and call the local phone number to schedule a pickup for your package.
 

We will process your return and refund when your item arrives at our international returns processing center. Return shipments will take 5-10 days to arrive depending on where the shipment has originated. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear on your original payment method after we have received your returned items.

We are only able to refund the original payment method of the order.

 

Returns shipping is $20 USD and will be automatically deducted from your total refund amount. Duties and taxes are not refundable.

 

We only offer exchanges for our U.S. customers. For all other customers, the best option is to create a new order for the different size or item you want.

 

Original shipping charges are not refunded when the order is returned. International orders are subject to a $20 USD return fee and will be automatically deducted from your total refund amount.

 

No returns or exchanges are accepted after 21 days of placing your order.
