What is the Return Policy?
All returned suits must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date in unused pristine condition with original tags attached and hygienic liners intact.
How do I request a Return or Exchange?
Please submit your returns and/or exchanges via our online Returns and Exchanges site: http://gosummersalt.loopreturns.com/#/. You will need your order number and your shipping zip code to enter this site.
Through this site you can:
- Submit a return for a refund.
- Exchange your suit for different size or color.
- Return and Shop for a completely different style.
- Select Return and then select Shop with Credit to be able to exchange for a different style.
- Direct refunds to your credit card or a gift card.
- Generate a return shipping label.

How do I mail my return/exchange?
Mailing your return/exchange is super easy and shipping costs are on us! Print the shipping label you get from the website mentioned above, attach the label to the Summersalt bag (which can be used as a return bag) and put your package in your mailbox, USPS drop box, or deliver it to any USPS location! If the Summersalt poly-mailer is no longer available to use for the return, a similar poly-mailer can be used instead.
To ensure you receive a refund or exchange, please return the package to us within 30 days of the delivery date.
Packages shipped with a different shipping label than the one provided may not receive a refund or the refund may be delayed. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the package arrives at our fulfillment center, please allow approximately 2 weeks for your return to be processed. You can also keep track of your package with the tracking number listed on your return shipping label.
As soon as your return is processed, we’ll send you an email notifying you of your refund!
When will I receive my exchange?
We want you to receive your exchange ASAP! To ensure you receive your exchange, please mail your return as soon as possible. The exchanged suit will be sent when the return package is scanned as In Transit and on its way back to us.
Exchanges cannot be guaranteed if the return package is not mailed promptly. If delayed, suits may be out of stock by the time the package is received.
Where will my refund be applied?
If you selected a refund to your credit card, the refund will be applied to the card used to make the purchase.
My return is over 30 days, what now?
If your return or exchange is overdue, please contact email@example.com for assistance and we can discuss any challenges you may be experiencing while making your return.
If the customer does not contact us, we reserve the right to cancel overdue returns and exchanges submitted through our Returns and Exchanges site. The shipping labels will be voided and your order will not be eligible for a refund.
The Return/Exchange Site is not working for me. What do I do?
Technical difficulties can happen but we are more than happy to help you if this occurs. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the issue you are experiencing. We will respond to you as soon as we can.
Double check your order number and shipping zip code to make sure you have the correct one. Your order number can be found on your packing slip or email correspondence related to your order.
You can also try a different web browser and turning off pop-up blockers.
